  ***Ignorant and inexperienced host staff***
  We love the food. Hate the service!!!
  Prior to having kids, it was an easy 'go to'. This place is NOT kid friendly (not enough high chairs).
  We now have 3 children under 2.5 yrs old. So we know to arrive at restaurants for dinner before the "dinner rush". We arrived a little before 5:30... no "wait" for anyone but us, understandably, because we requested a table that accommodated 3 chairs and 2 high chairs. No big deal right? Well people had arrived, been seated, ordered dinner, ate dinner and left while we waited almost an hour. As you may know, waiting that long with children under 3 can be a nightmare. The host said the reason for the delay was that they didn't have 2 high chairs available and no tables available that could accommodate 2 high chairs. So we waited and waited. They finally said our table was ready. Get this... they seat us at a 4 top and STILL didn't have any high chairs available! So why did they make us wait that long if they were going to seat us at a 4 top without any high chairs??? If that's where we were going to land, they could've seated us right when we arrived.

  I really enjoy the food here, but unfortunately that's the only positive. The wait times are horrible and I typically order online and will get my order 20-40 minutes later that the pick-up time I select. The staff, for the most part, is curt and unfriendly. I often have to wait multiple minutes in the lobby before anyone even acknowledges me. My order has been wrong more often that not, and despite addressing these problems with managers, it has not improved.
  
  I reccomend going to the Titos in Spring Hill or to Pueblo Real instead. You get the same great food with a lot less issues.

  Sat at the bar.  Great food, great service, nice atmosphere.   Definitely coming back

  Let me start by saying the Lori at the bar is very rude. You don't meet many rude bartenders but she is one! Service was so bad on a not so crowded Sunday. Food was decent..about what you would expect from this type of setup. I won't return because of crap service today.
